Terms of Service

1. About these terms

BreakForthNow is operated by RICHBRIDGETMC, trading as BreakForthNow, a sole trader based in Ireland.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

BreakForthNow helps you draft a CV. You give us your real experience, and the service uses AI to suggest wording, formats the result for the region you choose and produces a PDF. You need an account to use it, and you must be 18 or over.

3. Credits and payments

  • You pay for the service by buying prepaid credit packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
  • Each CV generation uses credits. The number of credits an action uses is shown before you confirm it.
  • Credits are added to your account when your payment is confirmed. They belong to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as set out in the Refund Policy or required by law.
  • If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Prices are shown in euro and are the total you pay. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
  • We may change our prices for future purchases. A change does not affect credits you have already bought.

4. AI-drafted content and your responsibility

  • AI-drafted wording can contain mistakes. You must read every line and correct anything that is wrong before you use a CV.
  • We build wording only from the facts you give us, but you are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of what you submit and what you send to an employer.
  • Information you add through suggestions or optional fields becomes part of your CV only because you supplied or accepted it.
  • BreakForthNow does not guarantee interviews, job offers or any particular result with an employer or an applicant tracking system.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the text and materials you put into the service. You give us a limited licence to store, process and format that content, and to share it with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the service to you.

The service itself, including its design, code and templates, remains ours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • put other people's personal data into the service without the right to do so;
  • use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive;
  • try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or avoid its limits.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features. If we make a material change to these Terms we will give notice by email or on the site before it applies to you.

8. Suspension and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

9. Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, or any right you have as a consumer, that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
